The Noctavera Vault is a private matchmaking archive for screened members—curated with intention, handled discreetly, and designed to protect the experience on both sides of every introduction.
This page exists to keep expectations clear and consistent. It outlines how access works, what standards are required, and how privacy is protected throughout the process.

Adults Only (18+)
The Noctavera Vault is an adults-only service. By submitting an application, purchasing a service, or participating in any Noctavera offering, you confirm that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Vault Access, Screening, and Eligibility
Submitting a form is an entry request, not a guarantee of acceptance.
Requests for Vault Access are reviewed privately. If you are selected to proceed, we will contact you by phone and email with next steps.
Paid membership tiers require a private Vault Intake as part of screening. This process exists to confirm fit, clarify preferences and boundaries, and ensure the Vault remains safe, respectful, and aligned with its purpose.
The Vault is selective by design. We reserve the right to approve, deny, pause, or revoke access at any time, at our sole discretion, in order to protect the Vault and its members.
Conduct Standards
The Vault depends on discretion and mutual respect.
We expect members and applicants to communicate honestly, respect boundaries, and engage with the process in good faith. Behavior that compromises consent, safety, privacy, or the integrity of the Vault may result in removal. This includes harassment, intimidation, coercion, manipulation, discriminatory conduct, repeated dishonesty, or attempts to misuse the Vault or its members.
No Cheating Policy
The Noctavera Vault is built for connection, not deception.
We do not knowingly accept members seeking to cheat on a partner, deceive a spouse, or maintain an active relationship under false pretenses. If we determine that an applicant is pursuing the Vault for those purposes, access may be denied or revoked.
Privacy Policy
Privacy is woven into every part of the Vault.
The following section explains what information we collect, how it is used, how it is stored, and what choices you have regarding your profile and photos.
What We Collect
Depending on what you submit or purchase, we may collect your name, preferred name, email address, phone number, general demographic information, screening responses, relationship preferences, and written details you choose to share.
If you submit photos, they will be stored privately for screening and matching purposes.
Payments are processed through third-party providers. We do not store full card numbers.
How Your Information Is Used
We use your information to review applications, determine eligibility, provide matchmaking services, arrange curated introductions, schedule sessions, deliver purchased offerings, communicate with you regarding your account, and protect the integrity of the Vault.
We do not sell your personal information.
What We Share (and What We Do Not)
The Vault is designed to minimize exposure.
We do not share last names with other members. Introductions are made using a preferred name or first name only. If both members consent, only a last initial may be shared. Full last names are not provided through the Vault.
We do not share private application answers, screening notes, or Vault Intake details with other members.
We do not publicly post member information.
Photo Sharing Options
Photos are personal. In the Vault, they are also highly guarded.
Members may choose how their photos are handled during the matching process. You may choose to allow photos to be shared only after a curated match has been selected and both parties are ready to proceed. You may choose to allow photos to be shared during the options phase, before a match is finalized. You may also choose to never have your photos shared with other members at all.
Regardless of your sharing preference, photos may still be collected and stored privately for internal screening and matching purposes.
Service Providers and Internal Tools
To operate the Vault, we may use trusted third-party services for website hosting, forms, scheduling, communication, and payment processing. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their function.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit access to internal review.
However, no method of electronic storage is fully secure. By using this site, you acknowledge that electronic communication and storage carry inherent risk.
Your Rights and Requests
You may request that we update your contact information, remove your profile from active consideration, or delete information you previously submitted.
Some information may be retained if required for legal, safety, or business record purposes.
Confidentiality Expectations for Members
If you are introduced to another member through the Vault, you agree to treat their identity, photos, and private details as confidential.
Sharing screenshots, exposing member identities, or attempting to publicly “out” the Vault or its participants may result in immediate removal.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Noctavera services are private, customized, and time-based. For that reason, all purchases are final.
Refunds are not offered for completed services, unused services, missed sessions, changes of mind, dissatisfaction, delays in matching, lack of matches, or outcomes of introductions.
Refunds may be issued only in the event of a verified duplicate charge or billing error.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request to reschedule. Rescheduling is offered at our discretion and based on availability. No-shows may be forfeited without refund.

Noctavera is not a medical provider, mental health provider, legal service, or crisis resource. Any guidance provided is informational only and should not be considered professional therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel.
If you need professional support, we encourage you to seek a licensed provider.
No Guarantees
The Vault is curated with intention and handled with care. We take matching seriously, and we do our best to create introductions with genuine potential—however, outcomes can never be promised.
Compatibility, timing, and chemistry are deeply personal and cannot be guaranteed.
